Techinaut: Empowering Technology, Education & Engineering Since 2012
Techinaut began as a vision in 2012 with a strong determination to make a positive impact in the fields of IT education and technology services. The journey started with a focus on developing digital knowledge, improving technical skills, and delivering professional training to students across India.
As we grew, our ambition expanded into diverse sectors such as software development, industrial services, and engineering technologies. With every new initiative, Techinaut adapted to emerging demands and continued to learn from market challenges, building a stronger foundation.
Guided by innovation and new opportunities, Techinaut has shaped itself into a multi-company and multi-domain organization. Today, we contribute to technology, education, construction, engineering, and industrial solutions while keeping our core purpose rooted in empowering people and industries through IT and advanced technology services.
2012 – Techinaut Institute of Technology (IT Education)
Established to provide online and offline IT and service-related professional education. It focused on offering skill-based courses, digital learning tools, and job-oriented training for students in both rural and urban areas. The institute succeeded in delivering practical sessions, certifications, and expanding learning opportunities through franchise partnerships.
2012 – FI Technologies Private Limited
Formed to deliver website and web application development services for clients seeking digital presence. FI Technologies helped businesses establish strong online platforms and contributed to Techinaut’s early technical achievements. After 3–4 years, the founder exited by diluting shares to focus on future expansions and a broader company vision.
2017 – Newgen Techinaut Private Limited
This company was initiated to scale IT service offerings with more advanced solutions and stronger market reach. However, due to internal disputes between members, the project faced challenges and eventually stopped. The experience provided strategic learning and helped in better planning and execution for future ventures under Techinaut.
2022 – Techinaut Innovation Private Limited
Successfully revived the IT service domain by delivering customized website and web application development solutions. With improved technologies and a skilled team, it continues to enhance digital transformation for businesses. It forms a crucial part of Techinaut’s growth in the software and web development sector.
2024 – Techinaut Engineering LLP
Entered the engineering and industrial domain with services like STP, ETP, and WTP manufacturing, along with industrial electrical panel fabrication. It also deals in building construction and interior design, expanding Techinaut into infrastructure development and environmental solutions while maintaining a strong focus on quality and innovation.
2024 – Techinaut Education India (OPC) Private Limited
Reintroduced advanced online and offline IT education with improved skill-based training, certifications, and placement assistance. Focused on digital empowerment and accessibility, it supports students and professionals in developing future-ready technical capabilities through modern learning platforms and nationwide center partnerships.
